We conduct needs assessments and develop metrics to evaluate organizational practices and identify areas for improvement in access and outcomes.
We assess trends in neighborhood school performance, school-provided social services, and student outcomes.
We conduct analyses on homeownership, rental, eviction, and other housing trends. We also analyze and evaluate homelessness intervention and prevention strategies.
We analyze the effectiveness of programs and wraparound services that aim to reduce poverty in communities.
We examine how federal policies and local regulations influence the experiences of immigrants within their communities.
We analyze the challenges facing neighborhoods that have experienced limited access to resources and opportunities, and how local policies and initiatives affect them.
